Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy provides effective and evidence-based counselling, psychology, and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. We provide in-person therapy for those in the Canterbury area and online therapy for those throughout New Zealand. We specialise in providing evidenced-based anxiety treatment and also provide animal assisted therapy with our friendly Labradoodle and Golden Retriever dogs, as well as our Ragdollcat.
