We are looking for an Automotive Parts Representative for a leading automotive parts supplier/dismantler committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional service to valued customers. As the company continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Parts Representative to join the team and contribute to the success of the business.



Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their automotive parts needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling automotive parts from our extensive inventory.
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager and other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
