About the role
The role is for someone who has had exposure to medium to large organisations with complex payroll where you will be supporting the team with Onboarding, checking transactions and processing reports. You will not be running Pay Runs initially but will gain a lot of experience and exposure over time.
You will assist in identifying payroll errors and implement corrective action when required.
You will develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with the team to ensure that all functions are undertaken to support the delivery of an effective and efficient payroll service.
System used by Payroll team: SAP.

You will be working in a large team with a manager who has created a great learning environment where there will be lots of support and opportunities to learn and grow.

What you will Bring

• NZ Payroll Experience in complex environment.
• Legislative understanding in payroll-related Acts, including Holiday Act, Employment Relations Act, KiwiSaver Act, and more.
• Good work ethic, good communications and ability to ask questions and seek guidance.
• Strong Problem-Solving with logical analysis and resolution skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
