A 30 year old strong business, that has been evolving and providing innovative options to their valued customers, is looking for a capable candidate to drive their Christchurch branch towards the next exciting chapter.

While already well established in the NZ market, our client is moving into another exciting field.

What to expect:

We are looking for a motivated supervisor, who is wanting to step up into a management. This position offers a mechanically minded professional the opportunity to come into a proven manufacturing business that is expanding its product lines, customer base and expertise.

About you:

Having a strong commercial acumen, you will be involved in the day to day running of the plant and will have a high mechanical aptitude. A trade background is preferable however not a necessity.

You will be:

• Customer focused and comfortable on the telephone
• Providing quotes
• Invoicing (MYOB)
• Selling

You will have:

• A Trade or Manufacturing background (Preferred)
• Experience in invoicing and using MYOB (Preferred)
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Experience dealing with inefficiencies while improving productivity
