This is a sole charge talent acquisition role and a fantastic opportunity to own the full talent acquisition process including the talent acquisition strategy, end-to-end recruitment for both specialist and non-specialist roles, refining processes and technology and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Developing talent acquisition strategy
•    End-to-end recruitment
•    Talent mapping
•    Process enhancements
•    Stakeholder engagement
•    Talent acquisition projects

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition processes and experience in sourcing specialist skills.
