•    Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
•    Auckland CBD

We have a 12-month fixed term contract for an ER Consultant with extensive ER and IR experience. This role will provide ER and IR expertise to business and is situated in the CBD.

Day to day you could expert to work on:
•    Providing expert legal and strategic advice
•    Assessing and managing legal risk for ER matters
•    Supporting the ER team 
•    Mentoring and coaching the broader P&C team
•    Working closely with various stakeholders
•    Driving process efficiencies
•    Supporting various projects

About you:
•    In-depth knowledge of NZ employment law
•    LLB qualification and current practising certificate
•    Senior level legal expertise in private legal practice or inhouse role
•    Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills
