The role

• Greeting customers and assessing their service needs
• Consulting with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
• Recommending appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle inspections and customer input
• Coordinating service appointments and scheduling repairs with our skilled technicians
• Providing accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions

The skills you need

• Previous experience in automotive service advising in a franchise environment is required
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
