About the role:
You will report to the Finance Business Partner of this large manufacturing company and work in a small cohesive team where collaboration and communication are paramount to success.

Due to a recent resignation, and whilst the role is recruited permanently, we need an experienced Commercial Accountant with solid manufacturing experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Complete the usual month end tasks along with the financial statements.
• Business Partner with operations to ensure the best possible results are achieved – That’s the fun part!

About you:
In order to secure this contract, you must have the experience in the following areas:

• At least four years’ New Zealand experience in a senior accounting-role
• Management accounting experience within a Manufacturing environment
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Advanced user Ms Excel
• Experienced at completing complex reconciliations.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Your attention to detail and accuracy is vital as is your business partnering skills.
