* 6-month hourly rate contract for a senior level HR Consultant

* Experienced HR Manager/Senior Business Partner - immediate start
This is a sole charge role – with a very broad scope, you will manage all of HR end to end – in a complex environment. You will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do all levels of HR.
Scope:
* Ensure the administration of all core HR processes such as recruitment,
onboarding, performance & remuneration reviews, employee status
changes, offboarding etc are executed accurately -NZ & AU.
* Work closely with the AU & NZ Payroll Officers to ensure accurate
recording of payroll data and approvals required for payroll
processing.
* Provide professional and timely support to Senior Leadership Team and
Leaders on best practice solutions and/or interventions across the entire
employee life cycle.
* Provide required support, advice/coaching and work with managers to
ensure the effective and timely management of simple through to complex
employment relations matters in NZ & AU.
* Provide guidance on best practice change management and the expertise
required to execute organisational change processes in NZ & AU.
* Apply significant P&C experience and expertise to improve HR processes
and partner with the business in the achievement of its targets/goals.
* Closely partner with the leadership team to improve business
planning and performance outcomes.
* Assist with the review, development and delivery of HR policy,
processes and workflows.
* Support Union negotiations and implementation of industrial agreements.
* Model the values (Safety, Integrity, Committed to Excellence, Innovation
and Value Creation) in all interactions and assist managers in building a
culture.
* Assist with the development and delivery of strategic HR Projects including
a range of HR processes and systems, Induction, HR / Payroll System,
engagement survey, HR intranet, website development.
