Job vacancy Maintenance Carpenter

This is a construction group that owns a portfolio of properties and including leased properties predominantly on the north shore. Several are retirement villages and retail that require ongoing maintenance as well as adhoc carpentry requirements.  This role sits within the property management team and reporting to the Property Manager.

This role will see you overseeing the maintenance and carpentry issues across several properties, from newer to older in age of property. You will be undertaking carpentry work, attending to maintenance issues such as window and door repairs, plastering, painting, tiling, and general carpentry. You will also be arranging other relevant trades to complete works when required.

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE the following experience:

* Trade qualified in carpentry 
* Background in carpentry maintenance or Handyman Services
* Be well organised and able to plan out a program of work
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work effectively with other trades people
* Current drivers licence

This role will be worked 30 – 40 hours per week and be an hourly rate and/or salary of between - $90K - $100K + vehicle
