The Company

They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their supportive finance team for a period of 3 months+.

The Role

This role reports to the Accountant and sits in a wider team of 3 in finance. They are looking for an accounts assistant who has proven experience in a high paced environment, who is able to wear various hats and take on a varied role. Your focus will include:

- Processing invoices

- Chasing invoice approval

- Supplier reconciliations

- Credit card reconciliations and payments

- Processing office expense claims monthly

- Receipting

- Daily bank reconciliations

- Ad hoc duties

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong reconciliation skills

- Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communicator verbal and written
