Question for Elite Circular Distributors

I love getting circulars but I have not had any delivered for months now though on occasion some have arrived near the end of the week. I suspect 'dumping'. Can this be looked into please?
Address is Lochinver Drive and no it's not because there's a sign on my letterbox.
