Review of Pestrol NZ Limited

I purchased 3 of the Petrol Rodent Plug In's and unfortunately none of them worked. I tried to return within the 30 days and after 3 weeks of no contact and 3 seperate phone calls I was told they would not return my money as I could not provide the original packaging - I was never told this was a requirement. This product does not work, I continued to have mice in my kitchen and even had a rat make a nest in my garage right under the plug in! Very disappointed not only in the product but also in how the company managed my request to return.
