Review of The Warehouse - Wainuiomata

Made an online order where I am able to pick up and collect within 3-5 days. 5days later I drop by to pick up my order. I go to the counter to be served by this rude person who was too lazy to check if my order was ready or not. After a long wait and having to convince her time and time again that my order saids its ready to be picked up only then she finally gave in and got someone to collect my order, which as you would have guessed was there waiting! (No apology was given!) Alot of time could of been saved had she have checked in the first place?! She definitely wasnt overworked as this was at 9:30 in the morning and had 1 customer! Very poor service by this women and wouldve happily written her name for all people to avoid if they dont wont to deal with an imbecile in the morning! A lazy one at that!!!
