Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to experience. TintGard, Manukau refused to honour their contractual obligations as detailed in the TreatMe advertisement. Instead they blamed TreatMe for getting the advertisement wrong and verbally abused the customer. A very big thumbs down for TintGard.

Hi TradeMe01 or as we all know Hayden Easte. Still giving us bad reviews just because we refused to serve you due to you standing over one of our female staff members. Forget it mate, take responsibility for your actions. No Tintgard does not and will tolerate standover tactics of a white male to a maori women .

You continue to get bad reviews because your customer service is appalling, now we can add dis-honesty. Shame on you trying to use the race / gender card as an excuse for your inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. For the record; you did not refuse to serve me. I chose to walk away and seek a refund rather than respond to your outbursts. Interestingly, TradeMe refunded my payment immediately with a full apology. Perhaps you could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.
