Your purpose: 

You can genuinely change your candidate's lives as a Technology Talent Solutions Consultant, presenting them with opportunities they wouldn’t find on their own. As well as providing solutions to your customers, it’s all about nurturing careers. You will be an integral part of the team dedicated to recruitment consulting and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your customers. Working as a trusted advisor, you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, resulting in finding the right person for the right job. 

You will contribute by: 

• Growing your network to develop new and existing business relationships 

• Building a talent pool/candidate pipeline 

• Conducting all stages of a talent solution for your customers 

• Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends with your customers

Who you are: 

You have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity. You enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business. You take ownership of your learning to develop your career. You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all. What you will bring to the role as a Technology Talent Solutions Consultant:
