Payroll manager

• Auckland CBD location          

Due to the incumbent moving on, my client is looking for a payroll manager to lead the team of 2.5 FTE. This is a busy role where an understanding of the holidays act, along with payroll best practice would be highly beneficial, along with leadership experience.
The organisation operates across number of sectors and has a variety of employee contracts, from salary, wages, casual, and part time. With a smaller team, it is essential you are happy to be hands on in the detail and supporting where and when required to ensure a successful payroll run is achieved every time.
Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the holidays act, have worked in a volume environment, and whilst Payglobal experience would be preferred, it is not essential.
