Our Client is a industry leading New Zealand owned company in need of a Product and Sales Administrator confident with paperwork and online systems that is analytic, thorough, and proficient to join their material handling and equipment team

The Role

  • Administer the quoting, purchasing, supply chain, pre delivery, and warranty processes
  • Liaison regarding production schedules and shipping arrangements
  • Manage local and overseas purchase orders
  • Arrange pre delivery paperwork, build sheets, and relevant documentation
  • Ensure invoicing is done ahead of delivery to ensure timely payment
  • Administer online marketing as necessary
  • Maintain open communication with TSM's around machine delivery
  • Monthly stock take participation for both new and second hand equipment
  • Manage the CRM
  • Record meeting minutes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to meet set deadlines
  • Ability to manage and handle general customer enquiries
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Experience in equipment ordering
  • Detailed record keeping
  • Customer delivery management experience
  • Accuracy with numbers and documentation
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Advantageous to posses mechanical knowledge
