Our Client is a industry leading New Zealand owned company in need of a Product and Sales Administrator confident with paperwork and online systems that is analytic, thorough, and proficient to join their material handling and equipment team
The Role
- Administer the quoting, purchasing, supply chain, pre delivery, and warranty processes
- Liaison regarding production schedules and shipping arrangements
- Manage local and overseas purchase orders
- Arrange pre delivery paperwork, build sheets, and relevant documentation
- Ensure invoicing is done ahead of delivery to ensure timely payment
- Administer online marketing as necessary
- Maintain open communication with TSM's around machine delivery
- Monthly stock take participation for both new and second hand equipment
- Manage the CRM
- Record meeting minutes
The Ideal Candidate
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- Ability to manage and handle general customer enquiries
- Delivering exceptional customer experience
- Experience in equipment ordering
- Detailed record keeping
- Customer delivery management experience
- Accuracy with numbers and documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft products
- Advantageous to posses mechanical knowledge
