The Company

They are a fully integrated business that now requires a business partner/analyst to come in, establish high quality and insightful reporting to inform business decisions, as well as monitoring and driving business performance. The role has endless scope to make it your own.

The Role

The role with report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with the Directors and Owners of the business. Your primary purpose is to establish, monitor and enhance the reporting capabilities of the business through modelling and dashboard build (Power BI) and to make strategic recommendations.

Your profile:

Some of the key things we need to see:

• A high degree of commercial acumen
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong Power BI and excel capabilities
• Experience with scenario based analysis
• Any costing or manufacturing experience would be a considerable advantage
• A desire to get out and partner with key business stakeholders
• A blend of IT nous, financial acumen and strong partnering and interpersonal skills

This is a family-friendly business with a down to earth attitude. They prefer office-based work to harness collaboration but are very flexible.
