As a Facility Lead, you'll play a crucial role in providing second-line support to our receptionist and delivering exceptional customer service. We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service who can handle challenging situations with grace and empathy. Computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a patient demeanour are key qualities we're seeking.
Your responsibilities:

• Various office management tasks – ordering office supplies, schedule meetings handling all administrative duties.
• We need proactive individuals with previous experience in arranging building maintenance with contractors, as this aspect of the role is integral to our operations.
• You must be friendly with a customer centric approach.
